Emerging Technoloigy

Facebook's Timeline,

Over my article I was reading over Facebooks timeline and population. Currently Facebook has over 850 million active users. Also Facebook's motivation is to better target the advertisements that are responsible for 85 percent of its revenue, it also is a big enough social network has more personal data than any other ad seller online can access. Structuring vast amounts of user-generated data will benefit advertisers and help users explore their digital autobiographies. The Facebooks new feature, Timeline are bound to boost that number dramatically, potentially providing Facebook with more personal data than any ad or other seller online can access.
